Fall Ensemble Release

MARTIN, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee at Martin Department of Visual and Theatre Arts Dance Ensemble will showcase their fall 2022 production “Ambivalence” at 7 p.m., Nov. 17-18, in Harriet Fulton Theatre located in the Fine Arts Building on the main campus.

The 2022 fall showcase, centered around a single theme, will feature performances choreographed by both UT Martin students and faculty. Student choreographers include Maleia Bigham, a first-year dance education major from Polk County; Lanna-Kate Graves, a first-year dance education major from Weakley County; and Marlee Scott, a sophomore dance education major from Williamson County. These three students will also perform in the show. Sarah McCormick, director of ensemble and professor of dance, choreographed three new dances for the fall show.

Student performers not involved in choreography include Madison Bixler, a first-year dance education major from Obion County; Abby Walker, a first-year dance education major from Rutherford County; and Shelby Kruep, a sophomore theatre arts major from DuPage County, Illinois.

Tickets are $15 for general admission, $10 for students, and children 10 and under are free. Tickets will be sold at the door starting at 6 p.m. the night of the show and can be purchased with cash or check. Credit card purchases can be made online starting Nov. 14 at
