The Tennessee Department of Health confirmed 1,528 new cases of COVID-19 across the state Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2020.
The department also confirmed 34 deaths and 1,387 additional recoveries.
Weakley County has 119 active cases, they said, which is a net decrease of 12 cases since Tuesday.
According to the department, Obion County has 149 active cases, which is a net increase of four cases.
Officials with the University of Tennessee at Martin said there are 51 active student cases as of Wednesday, which is a net gain of five cases. There is one active faculty or staff case.
