The Tennessee Department of Health confirmed 2,068 new cases of COVID-19 across the state Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020.
The department also confirmed nine deaths and 891 additional recoveries.
Weakley County has 123 active cases, the department reported, which is a net decrease of nine total cases since Friday.
Obion County has 253 active cases, which is a net decrease of six cases.
University of Tennessee at Martin officials confirmed 46 students currently have the virus, which reflects a net decrease of six cases over the weekend. Still, five faculty and staff members have the virus.
