The UT Martin Track team opened the spring indoor season over the weekend. The Skyhawks competed against regional competition at the John Craft Invitational hosted by Eastern Illinois. Junior Jhon-Wes Walker led multiple Skyhawks who posted new personal bests as he got the team a win in the 600-meter event by posting a new personal record of 1:25.16. The team returns to action on January 24 at the Don DeNoon Invitational hosted by Southern Illinois.
